A bespoke go-to-market engine. Not an agency.

We are built into the brand, not hired beside it. Fractional CMO, crowdfunding launch HQ, and the core payload work underneath every campaign. Agencies are partners, not competitors — our job is to make their work easier, and to make the brand the client they want.

01 — the mistake

Crowdfunding is apogee. It is the highest point of a falling object.

A successful campaign is not a beginning. It is the top of an arc that started the day the product was specified, and it has been falling ever since.

Most hardware brands are dead in the channel within 12 months of the peak. Not because the product failed. Because nothing was holding it up.

02 — the system

A binary system is two bodiesfalling around each other. Permanently.

Neither one orbits the other. They orbit a shared center of mass, and that center is the only reason the distance between them never becomes separation.

The product is one body. The end market is the other. Brand DNA is the mass at the center, and mass is what generates gravity.

Weak DNA has no mass. No mass, no gravity. The orbit decays, and decay is quiet — the pallet does not sell through, the buyer does not call back.

Distribution puts you on a shelf once. Gravity gets you re-ordered.

LAUNCH

retail readiness

fee for the foundation · success fee on the raise

One window. Enormous energy. It does not reopen.

It starts with brand, because nothing downstream is true without it. Everything after is engineered backwards from the shelf the product has to survive on, not forwards from the product that already exists. We enter before tooling freeze and before the campaign film, so the market is designed into the object rather than applied to it afterwards.

Brand is not one deliverable among eight. It is the precondition — every step below resolves against 01, which is why the 360° and the identity system always come first.

  1. 01brand 360° audit
  2. 02brand strategy and positioning
  3. 03visual identity system and brand book
  4. 04fractional CMO

  7. 07agency and vendor orchestration
  8. 08paid media, KOL and PR oversight
the seam

Every competitor hands off here.

The launch agency is paid and leaves. The distributor inherits a product it did not help shape, and sells it into a market the brand has never met. That gap is where brands decohere, and it is invisible until it is terminal.

We have no seam. Same team, ground to reorder.

ORBIT

channel & distribution

channel economics

Continuous, unglamorous, and never finished.

Orbits decay. Staying up is active work — correction after correction, for years. This is the half nobody sells, because nobody wants to be there in month 14. We take channel economics rather than a retainer, which means we are still in the same orbit when it matters.

Nothing here is a project. Each line runs continuously for as long as the orbit is held.

  1. 01channel strategy and buyer access
  2. 02distributor and retailer negotiation
  3. 03reorder velocity management
  4. 04localization for every market entered
  5. 05inventory and sell-through correction
  6. 06in-market brand maintenance
  7. 07long-range trajectory planning
04 — verticals

We take few payloads, and only from three categories.

Depth is the whole argument. A generalist knows the channel. We know the buyer, the margin structure and the failure modes of these three specifically, which is why we are willing to be paid out of them.

01

Home Fab

3D printers · laser cutting and engraving · welding · cleaning

Fabrication tools for the home and the small workshop. Heavy to ship, sold on capability rather than impulse, and entirely dependent on consumables, community and reorder. The category punishes brands that treat retail as a one-time placement.

02

Consumer Electronics

connected devices · audio · mobility · smart home

The most crowded shelf in Europe. A product has roughly 3 seconds of legibility and a margin structure set long before the buyer meeting. Both are decided upstream, which is where we work.

03

Embodied AI

robotics · autonomous devices · AI-native hardware

Intelligence with a bill of materials. The category is new enough that no channel has settled, which means the brands entering now are deciding what the shelf looks like for everyone after them.

05 — the model

The strategy is a fee.
Everything after it is a percentage.

The foundation — the 360° audit, the strategy, the identity system — is scoped and invoiced like any serious piece of work. It has to exist before anything else can be true, and it cannot be paid for out of a result it is responsible for creating.

After that we are paid out of outcomes. The campaign is a success fee against what it actually raises. The channel is economics, not a retainer. Our return arrives in month 18, month 30, month 48, or it does not arrive.

If it decays, we decay with it.

06 — dual-ground

One ground. Every market. There is nobody to hand it to.

Most partners touch one end and mail the rest. Stardust runs factory-side and shelf-side inside the same team, which is the only reason a single continuous program is possible at all. The ground is fixed in Shenzhen. The market is wherever the payload is going.

08 — the galaxy

A galaxy is not a team.It is everything already in motion around the same center.

These are the platforms our payloads travel through. We hold the relationships, the accounts and the escalation paths, so a partner brand does not spend its first year learning which door to knock on.

payload intake

Not every payloadmakes it to the pad.

Tell us what you are building, which markets it is going to, and how long until tooling freeze. We review every payload before we accept it — there are only so many we can carry at once, and being early matters more than being big. If the trajectory is wrong we will say so in the first conversation.
